Welcome to Kaessar. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Orders
All products are offered subject to availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you promptly and offer an exchange, store credit, or refund.
2. Prices and Currencies
All prices are displayed in euros (€) by default.
However, prices are automatically converted and displayed in your local currency at checkout, depending on your shipping country:

3. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon checkout.
We accept secure payment methods displayed on our website at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
All payments are encrypted and processed through trusted international partners.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States.
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times for all destinations:
7 to 10 business days
Kaessar cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns
You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be clean, unworn, and in their original condition.
Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective item.

We never share or sell your data to third parties.

7. Disputes
In case of a dispute, we will always seek an amicable resolution first.
