At KAESSAR, your satisfaction is essential. If an item doesn’t suit you, we offer a simple, respectful and fair solution.
🔁 Returns
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return.
The product must be clean, in good condition and neatly folded. We understand that trying on is part of the experience.
📩 To start a return, simply email us at contact@kaessar.com with:
- Your order number
- The item concerned
- The reason for the return (optional but appreciated)
🚚 Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
We will provide you with the return address once your request has been approved.
🌍 International Returns Outside the European Union
For orders shipped outside the European Union, return shipping costs are also at the customer’s expense.
As international return costs can sometimes be high, please contact us before sending the item back so we can review the best possible solution for your situation.
⛔️ Exceptions
Sale items and underwear are not eligible for returns, except in the case of a major defect.
No return will be accepted without prior contact.
💳 Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days, directly to the original method of payment.
✅ A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed.
